George Cook, aged 66 years, once a soldier who fought in the Crimean War, was buried in st. George's Churchyard, Bathurst, on Sunday, July 14, 1895 by me Hs. J. Fredericton

John Thompson Carter, born in Westmorland Co.N. B. Nov 5th 1806 and a resident of Bathurst for 65 years, died September 6th 1895, aged 88 yrs & 10 mos, was buried in the Ch. Of England (Bathurst) churchyard, this eighth day of Sept A. D.1895. By me Thos. W. Street Rector of Bathurst

William John Glendenning, ahed 23 tears, died Apr 12th 1897 in California, U. S. and was buried innthe grave yard of the Presbyterian church innthe Parish of New Bandon, this 25th day of May A. D. 1897, by me W. Aiton Curate of Bathurst (The body of this man was cremated in California & the ashes brought here to be interred. He was a Candidate for Holy Orders in the P.E Ch. Of the U.S. & a member of S. Andrew's Brotherhood; but belonged to a society existing for the encouragement of the unchristian practice of cremation. TWS)

Mrs. Elizabeth Morrison (widow of the late Alexander Morrison) born in the Province of Quebec - died at residence of her daughter Mrs. Robert Good, at Clifton, New Bandon parish on Sept 21st 1897 aged 72 years and was buried in the Church of England Cemetery at Bathurst, this twenty-second day of September 1897 by me Thos. Susan Ellis, aged 84 years, widow of Edward Ellis of Salmon Beach, parish of Bathurst, died on Nov. 25th & was buried in the church yard of St. George's Church, Bathurst, this twenty-sixth day of November, A. D. 1897 by me Thos. W. Street, Rector of Bathurst

Alexander Flett, aged 47 years, resident at Nelson, Northumberland Co., died on Nov. 21st at Tracadie, gloucester co. And was buried in the Protestant Cemetery at that place on the 24th day of November A. D. 1897 by me Thos. W. Street, Rector of Bathurst

James Herbert Eddy - aged 3 months - infant son of Jonathon & Catherine eddy, died Feb 7th, 1898 and was buried inn the church yard of Christ Church, New Bandon parish, this eighth day of February A. D. 1898 by me Thos. W. Street, Rector of Bathurst This child was baptized by Rev. W. Harrison, Methodist Minister, on Saturday Feb. 5th, 18989- being daignosed with pleursy of the lungs.

Mrs. Anna Jenkins, aged 84 years, (widow of Nicholas Jenkins), died at Salmon Beach, March 12th 1898, was buried in the church yard of St. George's Church, Bathurst, this fourteenth day of March, A. D. 1898 by me Thos. W. Street, Rector of Bathurst

Mrs. Margaret Jane Sewell, wife of Edmund Sewell, of Inkerman, Gloucester, died April 18th, 1898 at Shippegan, aged 34 yrs. and 4 mos. & was buried in the church yard at that place on Wednesday, April 20th A.D. 1898 by me Thos. W. Street, Rector of Bathurst

A man, believed to be Artor Walbrek, about 40 yrs of age, a sailor belonging to ship "Haldon", now at Dalhousie, Restigouche co. N.B., was struck by a train of the I. C. R. R., as he was walking on the track, where it crosses the Nepisiquit river, June 10th 1898, & was instantly killed. He was buried in the Church of England cemetery in Bathurst, this eleventh day of June A. D. 1898 by me Thos. W. Street, Rector of Bathurst

Sarah Gosnell, aged 18 mos. Daughter of Joseph and Emily Gosnell, died July 26th & was buried in the Church yard of St. George's Church, Bathurt, this 28th day of July A. D. 1898, by me Thomas W. Street, Rector of Bathurst

Everett Lee Branch, aged one tear and ten months, son of John Herbert & Margaret M. Branch, died April 15th 1899, of pneumonia, and was buried in the Church yard of St. George's Church, Bathurst, this seventeenth day of April A. D. 1899, by me Thos. W. Street, Rector of Bathurst

Francis Gatain, aged nearly 49 years died May 6th 1899 & was buried in the Church yard of St. George's Church, Bathurst, this 9th day of May A. D. 1899, by George L. Freebern, Rector of Harcourt & Welsford, Officiating for the Rector of Bathurst

Elizabeth Edy, aged 80 years- died May 8th 1899 & was buried in the cemetery at Tetagouche, Parish of Bathurst, this 9th day of May, 1899 by Rev. Wm. Harrison, a Methodist Minister, in the absence of Rector of Bathurst. Mrs. Edy, above named, widow of Jonathan Edy, lived at Parish of New Bandon, until a few months before her death, when she with her son Jonathan, moved to Rose Hill, Tetagouche

James Henry, aged 82 years, a native of Shippegan, Gloucester Co, N.B.on May 4th, 1899, & was buried at that place on May 6th, 1899, a member of the Church of England. This notice was inserted here at the request of his son James L. Henry of Shippegan. Thos. W. Street, Rector

Jans (English "John") Christensen, aged 27 years, a native of ____ Denmark, Europe, a sailor on ship "Alaska", in port, was drowned in an attempt to escape from ship on the night of sunday, Sept 17th and was buried in the Church yard of St. George's Church, Bathurt, this eighteenth day of September A. D. 1899, by me Thos. W. Street, Rector of Bathurst This man was reported to me being a member of the Lutheran Church. TWS
